Emotional Intelligence Workshop

As part of the Clergy and Lay Leadership Development initiative, the Diocese sponsors a Workshop on Emotional Intelligence and Human Relations Skills. The workshop is designed specifically for those involved in faith based communities.

Previous participants have described this experience as a life changing event. The Very Rev. Denise Ronn says  “EQ has helped me distinguish between the event and the way I respond to it, thereby learning better ways to handle myself and the situation.” Ronn adds, “If you are planning on taking any continuing education this year, EQ training should be your first priority.”
